Classical columns — Washington, DC (January 2015)Olympus Stylus Epic + Kodak BW400CN + 35/2.8
Interesting perspective and lovely filter.
Thank you. That’s a cream split tone of my own recipe.
Great shot Mitch ..
Thank you, ma’am.

What magical composition. I love it!! 🙂
Great perspective and just gave me courage to work on some I have shot months ago.
Thanks! Though I don’t know why it gave you courage to work on your own images… 🙂
You’re welcome, Mitch. Haha the courage…your photo made me go back to photos of columns of the Austrian parliament building, that I thought wouldn’t be interesting to post, until I saw yours. What a beauty!
Hmmm. I may have a shot of that building buried in my archives. I know I have one of the Vienna City Hall…
I’m sure you have one of the Parliament! It’s that one close to the museum quarter.
Dunno. There were a few — just a tiny few — places that I didn’t get to on foot when we visited there in March 2000.
I knew it! I’d love to see your photos.
I’ll see what I can dig up. I’ve got 25K+ digital images, but I’ve got maybe the same amount of negatives in my archives (the era of our Vienna trip) — and almost none of them have ever been scanned.
Oh that’s a huge undertaking! No pressure. You have lots to do. I can wait to see them when you have time. And I’ll bring mine so you can criticize them and I learn more! Deal?
