Okay, the quiz yesterday was a bust.  Here’s another.  Go ahead and try to figure it out this time… without the EXIF information to contribute any clues.  I suspect this one will last longer than the four questions of yesterday, heh, heh…

    Grmph….rmpl….uh…what time is it?

    Six-thirty? In the morning?

And you expect me to work on one of these silly puzzles before I’ve had any coffee? You could poke me in the eye with a fork at this hour and I wouldn’t feel a thing.

I’m going back to bed. Tillerman, it’s all yours!

At least you responded with the correct answer with a brief delay. Dunno if you were actually sleeping or not, but you nailed it again.

Did I post this one before and not remember doing so? I thought for sure that it’d be good for an hour or so of questions.

This would have been difficult to solve, so I started thinking how the FBI would go about it.

And I decided to take the easy route. I paid someone to hack your camera and give me the EXIF data. That told me when the photo was taken. Then, I paid someone else to hack your phone to tell me where you were when the photo was taken.

Ordinarily, this would have been a gross violation of your privacy, but I explained that special circumstances applied because I needed to solve a What and Where puzzle. A good lawyer can open so many doors for you.

And no, I don’t see any irony at all in the fact that the chapel is closely tied to preserving fundamental freedoms guaranteed us by the Constitution.

      Hahahahaha!

Sooooo, when was it taken, Oh Docker? Since you have all the EXIF info, that should be easy… 😉

That’ll have to be part of future quizzes — the actual date and time of the exposure, along with what I ate and what I was wearing at the time, the prevailing wind direction, and the blood type of the first stranger I met that day.

Yep, I did one about Church Point, but not about the chapel itself. I kept waiting to actually get inside, so I could share photos of the interior once the quiz was done. But every time I’ve visited since then, it’s been just like this — the doors are closed and locked, and there’s nothing to see.

      Ah, well.

No way am I going to guess that this is the historic chapel in St. Mary’s City, Maryland.

Elisa is still out there somewhere with her fork and she will be even more determined to stab me in the eye with her fork if I get another quiz answer right.

I think it’s a sugar factory in Idaho – the one with railway engines.

I’m giving it to Oh Docker this time around, so I think you can rest easy concerning Elisa.

An Idaho sugar factory with railway engines? Where? My old school there was located a couple hundred feet away from a sugar beet processing facility…

Pleased to hear I got the wrong answer. Elisa sounded very determined about her plans to stab me with her fork so I’m not taking any risks.

Where is Elisa by they way? If she’s not taking part in your quizzes perhaps she’s trying to track me down. Maybe she’s prowling around outside my house in her purples shoes.

You got the right answer, but Docker reached it first.

Dunno where Elisa is. She’s been rather absent from these parts in recent months; she’ll show up briefly, then be gone for another long spell.

Hmmmm, lemme check the drone footage of your neighborhood, Tillerman.

Hmmmm? What’s that you say? The drones? You didn’t know? Oh Docker was kind enough to explain the ease of obtaining them and hooked me up to his FBI contacts. Amazingly simple to operate. Heck, even a toddler could use an iPad to control them. Just don’t use a fly swatter on all those tiny “insects” buzzing around your house, or my feeds will go down.

Whups. You’re right! She’s got her purples shoes on (is that a bunch of different purples?) and she’s in your neighborhood! DEFCON 2, Tillerman! She’s just three doors down from you!

I’m glad you like it, Cee. I’ve never seen the interior of the chapel; each time it’s been closed and this is all I could make out through the closed doors.

D%&*! I missed 2 quizes now. I am busy wallowing. I was rear ended in jan. I waited a month to file a claim and my neck and brain are all messed up. Son’s best friend took care of him on campus over easter break, waited for his gf to get back and then she killed herself 😦

Wow. Just. Whoa. What a beginning to a new year.

I’m glad you’re in one piece Elisa, and hope you’re able to get the medical help you need. I think everyone here would agree that we all send warm thoughts to you and your family, and hope things begin to improve for you immediately.

Really sad to hear of the girlfriend. I don’t know what else to say.

Geeze. Sorry to hear of all those troubles Elisa.

I was actually thinking while I was writing all these comments about Elisa stalking me in her purple shoes with a fork, “What if there are some really sad reasons why we haven’t seen her much here lately? I will feel really bad if that is true.”

So apologies Elisa if anything I said above offended you. I really hope they gave you a laugh but everything can be taken two ways, I guess.
